Tullahoma has more listings than local photographers. Most of the professional real estate photography around here gets driven in from Nashville or Murfreesboro, priced accordingly, and scheduled around somebody's long drive home.

We're Palmetto Properties, based about twenty-five minutes away in Shelbyville, and we shoot listings across Coffee County at the same rates and the same next-day turnaround as our home market. No travel fee.

The reason there's no travel fee is simple: Tullahoma isn't travel for us. Nashville-based photographers typically publish surcharges once a property is past 25 miles, and Coffee County sits well past it. We're next door.

Why aerial work matters here

A lot of what sells around Tullahoma isn't a subdivision lot. It's acreage, timber, pasture, and anything within sight of Tims Ford Lake. Ground-level photos can't explain those properties, an aerial set can, and that's why our mid-tier package includes the drone flight instead of charging it as an extra.

One thing that's genuinely different about flying here: Tullahoma sits next to Arnold Air Force Base, which puts real airspace rules over parts of the county that out-of-town shooters don't always plan for. Every flight we do runs under an FAA Part 107 certificate with a registered aircraft, and we check the airspace before every takeoff, not after a problem.
